The original game area is six reels of five symbols, wins come from matching groups of at least eight identical ordinary symbols, and every win is removed and refilled. Position multipliers grow on winning locations, xWays and bombs reshape the grid, and three in-game bonus levels add spins plus upgrades.
Everything below concerns Nolimit City’s original Duck Hunters. Duck Hunters Happy Hour and Duck Hunters 2 are different games with their own grids and bonus material. Read how to play for the screen-reading order and the main page for an overview of the game and the download options.
Refill wins#
The original game pays groups of at least eight identical symbols anywhere on the grid. Those symbols are removed, new symbols refill the empty locations, and the game evaluates further groups after each refill while later wins keep landing. Position multipliers, xWays and bomb effects appear during removal and refill.
Open the demo to practise the timing. Watch one complete sequence: group, removal, effects, refill, final result.
Position multipliers#
Every winning location can carry a position multiplier. The first win at a position has a documented 2× multiplier, and if that same position produces another win later in the cascade the multiplier doubles again, up to a documented ceiling of 8,192×. A result therefore shows both the symbol outcome and where it landed.
Multipliers stay persistent through the documented bonus modes, so they can be tracked across a longer feature.
The original product has a 30,000× base-bet maximum-round termination, the cap for the cited game configuration. RTP gives the long-term configuration scope.
xWays expands matching ordinary symbols#
xWays can randomly expand an ordinary symbol by a factor of 2, 4 or 8. When it does, matching symbols already on the grid expand to the same size, so a symbol group can cover more of the game area before the next evaluation.
In the documented rules xWays applies to an ordinary symbol. Watch the effect land, then wait for the winning-group evaluation that follows.
Bombs clear an adjacent area before refill#
Bombs affect a 3×3 adjacent area in the documented original rules, with Wild and Bonus symbols excluded from that area. All bombs resolve before the refill. Identify the bomb, watch the area it changes, let every bomb finish, then look at the symbols the refill brings in.
Duck Hunt, Hawk Eye and Big Game#
Three documented trigger symbols enter Duck Hunt with seven initial spins and one upgrade. Four enter Hawk Eye with eight initial spins and two upgrades. Five enter Big Game with ten initial spins and three upgrades. Position multipliers stay persistent in each mode.
The documented upgrades are Infectious Ways only, a bomb expansion to 5×5, and replacing a +1 shot award with +2 shots. You pick from the upgrade choices the feature offers.
An extra-spin condition can award one additional spin when its calculated cost is no more than the prior win. During that spin, position multipliers are retained and Bonus symbols cannot land.
xBet, Day modes and bonus choices#
The original product documentation describes additional paid feature modes with named costs in base-bet multiples: xBet at 2×, Day 2 at 2.8×, Day 64 at 90× and Day 1024 at 3,000×. It also records in-game bonus-choice costs for Duck Hunt, Hawk Eye, Big Game and Lucky Draw. Availability depends on the game’s active partner and jurisdiction.
xBet is documented to multiply bonus likelihood by five, and the related Day modes begin with a position multiplier suited to their named configuration. In-game bonuses and partner promotions#
Duck Hunt, Hawk Eye and Big Game are activated and resolved by Duck Hunters rules. A deposit bonus or promotional Free Spins from the partner is a different account offer with its own eligibility, expiry, wagering conditions and game restrictions.
